Sample Reports
Following are samples of various reports that can be created with Clinivision® MPC Software:
Vent Duration DDHHMMSS
This report shows the exact duration a patient has been on a vent based on a date range. If the patient started prior to the date range, it should show as the Start Date entered for the date range. For the discontinued date, if the patient is still on the vent or was discontinued after the End Date entered, it will show the End Date entered and calculate the duration on that date.
Vent Days By Days Only
This report shows the number of days that a patient has been on a ventilator based on the date range entered. It is set up to count one day even if the patient was on the vent less than 24 hours.
Workload
The Workload report provides, by Assigned Employee, the patient information, treatments required for the patient and any values that are required for that treatment (Medication, When Last Done, etc.) based on the Order.
Workload Estimate for 3 Shifts by Zone
This report is grouped by Zone and then Procedure to show the estimate of the number of procedures, work units and therapists required. The workflows for the 3 shifts need to be created prior to running this report.
Daily Procedure Count
This report will show the count of procedures based on the Patient Type. Please note: If no Patient Type is included in the Profile it will be placed in own section.
Chart Report
This report shows values from most activity fields on a patient. This report needs to be configured at each site to show the user-defined fields.
NebMeds
This report shows the active patient name and location for patients who are on the Neb Med procedure and what drug is required for them to take. This report can be modified to show any procedure.
Missed Procedures
This report shows a summary of procedures required versus completed grouped by Zone. Procedures are subtotaled by Zone and then grand totals are shown at the end of the report.
Patient Orders By Zone
This report shows the orders grouped by Zone and Location. The report also shows the When Last Done and When Discontinued dates. Each Zone has a total of procedures.
Daily Treatment Schedule – Floors
This report is a schedule of patients and their treatments with an area available to complete specific information.
Patient Billing Report
This report shows the patient billing information along with subtotals per patient and a grand total at the end based on the Service Date.
Count of Transactions for Billing
This report shows a total of the number of units that were billed based on the date range entered.
